Rachel Erickson currently serves as Construction Project Manager for BRPH, a full-service architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firm headquartered in Melbourne, Florida. In this role, Rachel works locally in Utah where she leads cross-functional teams for DoD and Commercial construction projects. Rachel has served the Defense Industry for over 15 years, including leading roles in Supply Chain Management & Operations and Project Management. Rachel is most recently known for her professional contributions to the ICBM Minuteman III /Sentinel programs at Hill Air Force Base and United Launch Alliance (ULA) operations in Florida.
Rachel has received numerous awards throughout her career: Supplier of the Year “Extra Mile” from United Launch Alliance (ULA) for her work on the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center Project in Florida; Business Leader Award for “Exceeding Customer Expectations” from BAE Systems, Inc.; Key Contributor Award from L3 Technologies.
Rachel earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and English with Creative Writing Emphasis from Weber State University and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.
