Chief Operating Officer Jackson and Tull

Mossi K. Tull, Sr., is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jackson and Tull (J&T) (www.jnt.com), an engineering and technology company founded in 1974 and based in the Washington, DC region. Mr. Tull was born and raised in Washington, DC. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance with a minor in history from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Tull has completed the Strategic Finance for Small Business (SFSB) program at the Harvard Business School in Boston, MA and the NMSDC Advanced Management Program at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL.
After graduating from college in 1995, he joined J&T as a Financial Analyst. In this capacity, he provided support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Tull’s duties later expanded to include the overall management of a variety of engineering and technology projects. In his current role as COO, he reports to the President and has overall responsibility for the company’s operations. Mr. Tull also maintains strategic involvement in the areas of business development and government relations. He is a board member of the Registrar Company. His memberships include: The Maryland Space Business Roundtable, The National Minority Advisory Board for the Federal Reserve Bank and Full Color Future. Mr. Tull is a board member of the Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum in Washington, D.C. He is an active member and former Vice President of the Washington, DC Branch of the NAACP. He was named 2018 Alumnus of the Year by Morehouse College.
Mr. Tull resides in Washington, DC. He is the parent of a son, Mossi K. Tull, Jr. and a daughter Malaika K. Tull.
