Matthew Croshaw is a seasoned expert in organizational development and operational excellence, with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, including significant experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry. His areas of expertise include talent management, leadership and team development, change management, organizational design, instructional design, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Matthew spent over 17 years at Parker Hannifin, where he played a critical role in enhancing organizational performance and driving strategic initiatives. Within the Aerospace Group, he focused on optimizing processes and developing high-performing teams. At the corporate level, Matthew expanded his impact across the organization, emphasizing employee engagement, cultural transformation, lean systems, and performance management.

Matthew applied his skill set at Malouf Companies for the past four years. His role encompassed a broad range of responsibilities across various sectors, including consumer products, third-party logistics (3PL), non-profit organizations, venture projects, and mergers and acquisitions. He is recognized for his ability to foster continuous improvement and operational efficiency across complex and diverse business environments.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Portuguese and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences, both from Utah State University. He also earned a Professional Certificate in Organization Design from the University of Southern California.

Based in Cache Valley, Utah, Matthew is married with four children—two in college, one in high school, and one in junior high. He holds "preferred customer" status at the Maverik in Wellsville, Utah.
