Caroline Chapdelaine

Caroline is the CEO of Northstar Photonics, a manufacturer of optical equipment for aerospace and defense navigation systems. Caroline is an experienced executive leader having worked in national security, defense, and aerospace throughout her career. She served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer in Korea, Thailand, and Afghanistan. Caroline has worked on a range of large defense programs with Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, L3Harris, Draper Laboratories, and countless others. She received her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Caroline currently lives in Emigration Canyon where she and her family enjoy biking, skiing, and access to Utah's great outdoors.
