Matt Majewski currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Markets at KIHOMAC, Inc., where he leads efforts to accelerate business growth and expansion in the Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he is known for his strategic foresight, commitment to process optimization, innovative solutions, and strong leadership in driving growth across a wide range of industries.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. He has since held numerous leadership roles across the Commercial and Defense sectors. Early in his career, Matt was integral to the development and production of automotive ride control products, electronics, and safety restraint systems. Over time, he advanced into senior positions, including Squadron Director for the 532nd Aircraft Landing Gear Squadron, where he managed maintenance operations with an annual budget of $110 million and played a pivotal role in the implementation of Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints methodologies. Later, Matt assumed global responsibility for sustainment operations of the F-16 fleet, driving improvements in operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain management, and implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance fleet readiness. While working at Hill Air Force Base, he completed his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Tennessee.
Matt has been with KIHOMAC for the past nine years, joining the company in 2015. He is currently responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing product integration and business partnerships. His leadership has been critical in the successful launch of ventures and products such as Hauk LLC, DIR-S LLC, 9K-Vantage LLC, and Ceridium Armorī. His expertise in securing partnerships, including key supply chain collaborations, has safeguarded revenue and ensured sustainable growth during challenging transitions.
An advocate for continuous improvement, Matt has led numerous initiatives to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. At KIHOMAC, he initiated the creation of the KIHOMAC Production System and NADCAP composites certification and supported several successful mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has led the development of proposals for major DoD solicitations, including $70M+ contracts and new product ventures. With a track record of delivering exceptional results in high-stakes environments, Matt continues to be a leader in business development and operations management, driving growth and enhancing the capabilities of the organizations he serves.
