Misty Dawson

Misty Dawson is an experienced aerospace and technology P&L, product, and engineering leader passionate about building strong, customer-focused, cross-functional global teams. Throughout her career, she has helped deliver complex solutions for flight hardware and precision optics on fast jet, rotary, space, and fixed-wing platforms, as well as simulation and training hardware and software products for key end users, including top-tier defense contractors, commercial airlines, aircraft OEMs, and international customers around the globe.

Misty earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Arizona State University. Active in the community, she enjoys volunteering with several arts, community, and STEM-focused organizations in the Salt Lake City region. During her free time, she and her family enjoy camping, traveling, and sports of all kinds.
