Peter Van Mondfrans

Peter Van Mondfrans is the Director of Employer Connections at YouScience, the premier provider of an integrated college and career readiness platform that delivers scientifically accurate aptitude-based assessments, personalized career guidance, and industry-recognized certifications. YouScience works with educators and employers to empower intentional individualized success in educational and career pathways.

In his current role, Peter works with industry leaders and employers to engage with education to prepare emerging talent for their best-fit careers. By promoting awareness and connecting employers with candidates that have the interest, aptitude, and skills needed to fill crucial career positions, Peter helps organizations improve their long-term talent recruitment strategies.

Peter earned an M.S. degree in Management and Leadership and a B.S. degree in Business Management from the College of Business at Western Governors University and was inducted as a Presidential member of the National Society of Leadership and Success honor society. He is also Professional Researcher Certified through the Insights Association and holds an MRII Certificate in the Principles of Marketing Research awarded by the University of Georgia.

He is a bass guitar player, movie and sports enthusiast, and loves spending time with family. Peter currently resides in Eagle Mountain, Utah, with his family.
